By submitting this digital form, I hereby certify that I have the right and authority to submit this film for Workbook Project Award consideration. I also certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms.

Award Competition Authorization

I understand that submission of my work authorizes Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix Inc. to use the work for exhibition, education and/or publicity purposes related to the competition; that Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix Inc. will handle the prints, tapes and all materials with maximum care but cannot be held liable for any damage or loss during shipping; and that Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related to the work. Submitted materials for competition screening purposes only will not be returned. Uploads are for review purposes only and not for public viewing or distribution.

Delivery of Winning Film

Filmmaker of the winning film shall deliver to Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix a copy of the Picture on a medium acceptable for a theatrical screening complete with appropriate title and credits, in continuous running format without breaks or interruptions, in synchronization between Picture and soundtrack.

Indemnification

Filmmaker shall indemnify and hold Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix harmless, including but not limited to reasonable outside attorney’s fees and costs it incurs, from and against any and all harm suffered by Workbook Project Award and IndieFlix from any claim of any nature, demand, obligation and/or litigation of any kind whatsoever arising from or related to any breach of filmmaker’s representations, warranties or obligations made in this Application.
